Silvina S. Sesarego | Of Counsel
Silvina is a lawyer, graduated from the Universidad de Belgrano in year 1996, with an internship in New York during such year. Since then, she has focused her practice in Commercial Law, providing legal advice to local and international clients about corporate and contractual matters.
Her expertise includes the incorporation of domestic commercial companies and not-for-profit entities, the registration of branches and foreign companies, the negotiation and drafting of contracts, the purchase and sale of shares, M&A, coordinating and performing due diligences, corporate reorganizations and joint ventures, general legal advice in the day-to-day business, specially to international corporations. She has also worked as advisor in commercial and contractual matters for non-governmental organizations.
She provides ongoing support to a range of multinational clients on corporate aspects related to M&A process and commercial contracts, data protection and data privacy, complex company restructuring and reorganization.
Prior to joining MBB Balado Bevilacqua Abogados, Silvina worked as senior associate at Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal for nineteen (19) years. She has also worked in-house at the premises of some clients, which allowed her to provide customized advice to those clients in connection with the development of their business and commercial relationships.
In 2018, Silvina completed her studies on mediation at the Public Bar Association of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (Final exam pending).
She is currently completing posgraduate studies in Law and Technology.
